Mass Editing Pages and Posts Details in WordPress

Have You ever thought of editing the tags, publishing status, templates and other elements of 100 or more posts with a few clicks ? If YES ,Then we are here to tell You HOW TO DO THIS.

Step 1:

1st , You need to make sure that the number of posts You are looking to edit are being shown on the same page , For example , You have 99 Posts on Your site , Now by default , Wordpress will add pagination to the posts page and You will not be able to see all the 99 Posts on the same Page.

To Change the number of items that are shown on the page,

• Click the Screen Options tab at the top right
• Enter in a number in the input field next to the Pages label and click Apply.

Step 2:

To bulk edit posts or pages, click the Title check box to select all the items on the list or the items You want to edit.

Select the editing action from the drop down and click Apply

A new editing area will open below the drop down box with the elements you can edit for the content you selected.

Once You are done making the required modifications , Click UPDATE .
