In order to Change your IP Address You have to Download Spotflux And Install into your System. When You run it , it will pop up a message saying "YOUR NETWORK IS PROTECTED" .

Which is the best ? 

It is a very difficult question because both provide almost same facilities but there are some reasons , both differ each other and one gets an upper hand on the other, Lets see what they are:

Speed:

Hotspot gives you almost the same speed as your isp , You will bearly get a buffering during playing a video on youtube or any other site

While

Spotflux drops your speed and when you stream online it buffers after sometime .

Ads:

Hotspot: Hotspot has always been up with ads, you get to see a lot of ads while using hotspot and after certain bandwidth limit , it shows up again

Spot flux: In its early days, It was ADS FREE but now , It has started showing ads but still its not like hotspot , it is only 1 ad at the bottom .

Loading time:

I had tested both and I think both take almost same time while loading.

As we can see above, both have there own advantages and disadvantages but at the end of the day Hotspot is considered to be the best VPN provider because of the trust it has gained in the past years while Spot flux is fairly new and it still needs a lot of time to make its above Hotspot.
